Every product goes through multiple quality checks before sending it out to you.

We offer discounts often and post the same on our Facebook and Instagram page.


We also provide discounts to our newsletter subscribers. Join now by entering your email address at the bottom of the home page.


EXCHANGE POLICY


We want 100%, satisfied customers. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, email us on mailus@thepinktintstore.com with your order ID.

Terms and Conditions

You can exchange within seven days of delivery. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

We accept products in their original packaging unopened. All the items must be in unused condition with original tags attached.

EXCHANGE

The Pink Tint Store exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on The Pink Tint Store for any reason within the specified exchange period (7 Days Return). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. 

During Pick Up, our delivery agent will do a quality check on the return. 

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

In case you have purchased an item that has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

The Pink Tint Store will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, The Pink Tint Store would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.

Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING


Your product is shipped within two business days after your order is placed. However, if your order is placed before 10 am, we are most likely to ship on the same day. Shipping charges are Rs 60. We do provide COD on specific pin code with an additional Rs 39.


PAYMENT AND PRIVACY


We use a secure payment gateway.

All your information is secure with us as we highly respect your privacy. This record is used for delivery and record keeping. We do not store any of your card details and personal information.
